Research on Closed-Loop Supply Chain Decision Making of Power Battery Considering Subsidy Transfer under EPR System

With new energy vehicles becoming the mainstream of sold, surge in user ownership has triggered a wave power battery scrapping, and environmental problems caused by improper recycling are more serious. It is essential to promote development closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) batteries effectively through government subsidies under extended producer responsibility (EPR) regime. Combining EPR system with manufacturer as leader vehicle retailer subordinates, this paper constructs solves four models different CLSC subsidy objects analyzes pricing using Stackelberg game, well profit change distribution ratio each participant. The results study showed: (1) when unit limited, should subsidize all subjects much possible. (2) When subsidizes remanufacturing batteries, rate higher, benefits better than those subsidizing other actors. (3) will not affect CLSC, mainly because only improves recovery rate, but also profitability entity.
